Tour Highlights
Hike the Wild Beara Peninsula
Lace up your boots and head into one of Ireland's most untouched landscapes. The Beara Peninsula rewards every step with dramatic sea cliffs, heather-covered hills rolling into the Atlantic, and views so vast you'll lose track of time. Quieter and wilder than the Ring of Kerry, this is the Ireland most visitors never get to see.
Explore Killarney National Park
Ireland's first national park is a place where ancient oak woodlands meet glassy lakes and hidden waterfalls. You'll cross Lough Leane by boat, hike through mossy forests to Torc Waterfall, and tour the grand rooms of Muckross House — a lakeside Victorian mansion surrounded by manicured gardens and mountain views.
Walk Among History at the Rock of Cashel
Rising from the green Tipperary plains like something out of a legend, the Rock of Cashel has watched over Ireland for more than a thousand years. Walk among medieval church ruins, Celtic high crosses, and a 12th-century round tower — all perched on a dramatic limestone outcrop with sweeping views in every direction.
Coastal Hike Along Slea Head
The western edge of the Dingle Peninsula is where Ireland meets the open Atlantic — and the views are staggering. Hike the Slea Head trail past ancient stone walls, clifftop farmhouses, and beehive huts older than memory, with the ghostly silhouette of the Blasket Islands floating on the horizon. Afterwards, visit the Blasket Centre to discover the remarkable literary legacy of the islanders who once called them home.
Hands-On Traditions at Molly Gallivan's Farm
Step into rural Ireland as it was lived for centuries. At this restored 19th-century farmstead, you'll try your hand at cutting turf from the bog, knead a loaf of traditional soda bread, and watch it bake over an open hearth fire. It's the kind of authentic, sleeves-rolled-up experience that turns a good trip into an unforgettable one.

What Our Travelers Say
See Why Travelers Love Prepco
This is a long overdue
This is a long overdue thank you for an extraordinarily well planned trip. We had such a good time, and the places and venues visited were wonderful. Our hotel on the Severn River in Worcester was superb. We really enjoyed our stay.
One outstanding feature of the trip was not a garden or castle, but was the little booklet of day to day activities and flight information. What a lifesaver that was for us!!!! That was a brilliant stroke of genius on your part—it’s obvious that you have dealt with travelers before.
We would definitely recommend your services, and please keep us in the loop with your future excursions.
Oh, one last point to make to you. We simply adore the Isle of Jersey, it was a true highlight of the trip and we are envious of those who get to live there.
Chris Jay and Margie
would study maps and websites pondering how to put a trip together, not sure of where to start — focus on lodging or plane reservations first? Or maybe timed admission tickets to ancient Roman sites in Bath, and build from there? But then I found Prepco Travel and Barry Devo.
With just a few emails and phone conversations he worked out a two-week “trip of a lifetime” that took me to my primary interest, gardens and landscapes of Cornwall, with seaside lodging and salt air. Flying into and out of Heathrow, with travel by train and car service, my custom itinerary took me to an inn in the Cotswolds then south to Bath, Stonehenge, with a final stop in Kent. He understood the transportation, distances and travel time required and put it together like a beautifully crafted puzzle.
I came home relaxed and renewed, without the package tour exhaustion, and most importantly, with wonderful memories of seaside villages and landscapes, celebrated gardens, historic sites, and cuckoo song at ancient churches. If you have questions about the logistics of this trip, get in touch with Barry and have him pass your name and contact info along to me.
